Diana launched her real estate career by crunching numbers as an accountant for a local brokerage. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and care for the clients put her on the fast track to success where she swiftly ascended to the role of Controller. Feeling a call to have more scheduling flexibility, she knew she had to make a change and refused to get out of real estate, so Diana seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic world of being an agent and Realtor, leveraging her extensive financial background as a way to advise her clients.

In 2016, she joined forces with Cindy Carter, and the story unfolded from there. On Cindy’s team, Diana didn't just grow—she experienced exponential growth in her referral-based business year after year. Always looking to learn more in order to serve more, she pursued and secured a Broker's license, broadening her expertise. Armed with a diverse background working with various firms, Diana and Cindy decided to raise the bar, co-founding Blue Door Associates. Their mission? Real estate with integrity, a focus on long-lasting relationships, and an unwavering moral compass.

In 2005, Cindy began her real estate journey as an agent and REALTOR, achieving the distinguished Rookie of the Year award at Prudential Georgia Realty. With an extensive professional background spanning over two decades, she has garnered experience across a spectrum of institutions, from smaller firms like Bravo Group to the esteemed industry giant, Compass Realty. Beyond her career achievements, Cindy has made substantial contributions to the real estate community, serving as a Board Member and Chaplain on the South Metro Board Of Realtors. Her consistent recognition as a top performer across various brokerages stands as a testament to her unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence within her field. Teaming up with Diana Mullis, their boutique brokerage blends best practices to deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients.
