Diana began her real estate career behind the numbers as an accountant for a local brokerage. Her sharp eye for detail, relentless work ethic, and genuine care for clients quickly moved her into the role of Controller. But knowing her heart was in serving people more directly—and wanting the flexibility to build a life rooted in both work and family—she made the leap from the back office to the front lines as a Realtor.

Her financial background became a powerful advantage, giving her clients clarity and confidence in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. In 2016, Diana teamed up with Cindy Carter, where her referral-driven business grew year after year. Never content to stop learning, she earned her Broker’s license, adding to her expertise and leadership.

Together, Diana and Cindy co-founded Blue Door Associates with a shared vision: real estate done with integrity, focused on lasting relationships, and guided by an unwavering moral compass.

In 2005, Cindy began her real estate journey as an agent and REALTOR, achieving the distinguished Rookie of the Year award at Prudential Georgia Realty. With an extensive professional background spanning over two decades, she has garnered experience across a spectrum of institutions, from smaller firms like Bravo Group to the esteemed industry giant, Compass Realty. Beyond her career achievements, Cindy has made substantial contributions to the real estate community, serving as a Board Member and Chaplain on the South Metro Board Of Realtors. Her consistent recognition as a top performer across various brokerages stands as a testament to her unwavering dedication and pursuit of excellence within her field. Teaming up with Diana Mullis, their boutique brokerage blends best practices to deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients.
